Kennedy-Western Alumni Groups come in all shapes and sizes, from regional social gatherings to high-tech business networking
The strong network of Kennedy-Western University Groups caters to everyone who attended Kennedy-Western University. Many of these Groups hold regular events, meetings and activities, encouraging alumni to network, socialise and become supporters of the University.
There is no one size fits all approach to running an Alumni Group, however, to help ensure that volunteer-led Alumni Groups continue to offer valuable support to the Kennedy-Western University Alumni Association, and that the Development and Alumni Relations team provides the best possible services to Alumni Groups around the world

Development and Alumni Realtionship Office maintains the Kennedy-Western University Alumni Association website which contains information about alumni benefits, events and Kennedy-Western Uniervsity Alumni Assocaition news, as well as a full directory of all Alumni Groups. Each month the website is visited by several people and provides an excellent opportunity for your Group to advertise itself.
All Alumni Groups are provided with an individual webpage and we strongly encourage your Group to take advantage of this webpage to achieve maximum exposure of Group details, news and events. In addition to this the Kennedy-Western University Alumni Association website contains a list of forthcoming Group events; if you need some inspiration for your next event this page may be helpful.
Every month we advertise these Group pages to alumni through the e-bulletin. In order to take advantage of these pages please ensure we have details of your latest events and activities for alumni to read. This may be a newsletter, event invitation, report or a collection of photos.

With almost 1bn users Facebook is the world's largest social media website. Most individuals use it to connect with friends, family and colleagues, as well as joining groups or more localised networks.
Several Kennedy-Western University Alumni Association Groups use Facebook to connect with alumni. Some of these Groups use Facebook as their sole communication tool; others use it to promote events and to share ideas with their membership.

LinkedIn is a social networking website aimed at people in professional organisations. The site allows users to connect to other trusted contacts and helps you to exchange ideas and opportunities with a broader network of professionals.
The Alumni Assocation has established a group on LinkedIn for all Kennedy-Western University alumni which currently has around 2,500 members. This LinkedIn group also has a sub-group for Alumni Group leaders, allowing you to share experience, ideas and best practice in running your Group.
